Measuring by hand is the part of an estimate that eats the whole afternoon — and it is where money is lost, because a measurement error stays in the proposal until the job is finished. Struqia reads the alteration plan the way you read it: yellows and reds — what comes down and what goes up — measured and carried into the bill of quantities.

From floor plan to proposal
The AI measures, you review, the price comes from your own library. The proposal goes out as a branded PDF the same day the client asked for it.
The site reports back
The site manager logs progress on his phone, costs land against the right project and the diary warns you what is coming. You watch the margin move.
The valuation turns into money
You close the month’s valuation, the PDF goes to the client and the invoice lines are ready for your certified software — with variations, retention and VAT in the right place. Struqia doesn’t issue invoices: it prepares them and tells you when it is time to invoice and to chase payment.

In construction, a project that finishes on time is the exception. Struqia exists to make it the rule: organisation, time management, efficient delivery. No project runs late because the office lost track of it.

Site manager app
On site, the site manager marks progress, takes photos and logs materials. He sees the day’s tasks and never sees a price — the money stays on your side.
Alerts and diary
Deadlines, inspections, deliveries and renewals go into a diary that warns you in advance — on the desktop and on the phone. What is urgent rises to the top on its own.
Invoices and costs
The valuation produces the invoice lines, with the VAT regime and rate (23 %, 6 % or reverse charge) and the retention already handled, for your certified software (TOConline, Moloni, InvoiceXpress, Vendus). Beside it, the real margin on the project and what is still owed to you.
