Why is access invite-only?
Because each company’s first project is set up with us — the price library, the folders, the way you invoice. That takes our time, so we open a few companies at a time. It is not manufactured scarcity: it is the only way to make sure nobody is left alone staring at an empty system.
Is the price per company or per user?
Per company, and each plan covers one company — one tax number, one team. Essential includes up to 2 office seats; Complete up to 5 office seats and up to 10 site seats (site managers using the app on their phone), with no per-user charge. Need more seats, or more than one company? Talk to us and we will put together terms that fit.
Is there lock-in, a minimum term or a set-up fee?
None of the three. You pay month by month and leave whenever you want, with no penalty. Setting up the first project on the Complete plan is not billed separately either — it is included in the monthly fee.
What happens when I use up the month’s AI on Essential?
The app shows how much you have used, warns you at 80% and only then does the AI stop — the figures are approximate and always depend on the size of the plans, the schedules and the invoices. From there you can carry on estimating by hand with your own price library, wait for the next month, or move up to Complete the same day, which brings five times as much (around 50 estimates and 500 invoices a month). Can I start on Essential and move up to Complete?
Yes, and on the same day. The change is immediate and the amount is adjusted pro rata for the days left in the month. Moving down a plan works too, from the next cycle — without losing anything already inside.
Do I need to install anything? Does it work on a phone?
Nothing is installed on the computer: you open it in the browser and it is ready. On the phone, the site manager app installs as a shortcut from the site itself, works on Android and iPhone, and copes with poor coverage — entries are stored and upload once there is signal.
And my data — is it really mine?
It is. Estimates, projects, valuations, costs and documents can be exported at any time to Excel and PDF, without asking anyone’s permission. The data is hosted in the European Union and is never used to train models or shared with third parties.
